SUBTOTAL Formula क्या है?
SUBTOTAL Excel का एक महत्वपूर्ण Formula है, जिसका उपयोग Data का Total निकालने के लिए किया जाता है।
यह Formula खासकर तब उपयोगी होता है जब हम Data पर Filter लगाते हैं।
SUBTOTAL Formula की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि यह Filter की गई या Hidden Rows को Ignore करके सही Result देता है।
SUBTOTAL Formula का Syntax
=SUBTOTAL(function_num, range)
SUBTOTAL Formula क्यों जरूरी है?
- Filter किए गए Data पर सही Calculation करता है।
- Hidden Rows को Ignore कर सकता है।
- एक ही Formula से Sum, Average, Count, Maximum और Minimum निकाल सकते हैं।
- बड़े Data को Manage करने में मदद करता है।

1. Total Marks निकालना
Formula:
=SUBTOTAL(9,B2:B5)
Result:
80 + 70 + 90 + 85 = 325
यहाँ 9 का मतलब SUM होता है।
2. Average निकालना
Formula:
=SUBTOTAL(1,B2:B5)
Result:
Average = 81.25
यहाँ 1 का मतलब AVERAGE होता है।
3. Maximum Marks निकालना
Formula:
=SUBTOTAL(4,B2:B5)
Result:
Maximum Marks = 90
4. Minimum Marks निकालना
Formula:
=SUBTOTAL(5,B2:B5)
Result:
Minimum Marks = 70
