UNIQUE Formula in Excel in Hindi | Complete Notes, Examples & Assignment

UNIQUE Function का उपयोग किसी भी डेटा रेंज से Duplicate Values हटाकर केवल Unique Values निकालने के लिए किया जाता है। यह Dynamic Array Function है, इसलिए Result अपने आप नीचे की Cells में Fill हो जाता है।

Syntax

=UNIQUE(array,[by_col],[exactly_once])

Arguments

• array – जिस Range से Unique Data निकालना है।
• by_col – FALSE (Default) = Rows के अनुसार Unique निकालेगा, TRUE = Columns के अनुसार।
• exactly_once – FALSE (Default) = सभी Unique Values दिखाएगा, TRUE = केवल वे Values दिखाएगा जो सिर्फ एक बार आई हैं।

Example 1 – Student Name की Unique List

Formula

=UNIQUE(B2:B16)

Result

• Rahul
• Priya

Example 2 – City की Unique List

Formula

=UNIQUE(C2:C16)

Result

• Gorakhpur

Example 3 – केवल एक बार आने वाले Students

Formula

=UNIQUE(B2:B16,,TRUE)

Result

Example 4 – पूरी Table से Unique Records

Formula

=UNIQUE(A2:C16)

यह Formula पूरी Table में Duplicate Records हटाकर केवल Unique Records दिखाता है।

• Dynamic Result देता है।
• Manual Filtering की आवश्यकता नहीं होती।
• Data Analysis आसान हो जाता है।
• बड़े Dataset पर भी तेजी से काम करता है।

Important Points

• यह Function केवल Excel 2021 और Microsoft 365 में उपलब्ध है।
• यदि Source Data बदलता है, तो Result स्वतः Update हो जाता है।
• यह एक Dynamic Array Function है, इसलिए नीचे की Cells खाली होनी चाहिए।
